Realty Valuation Services is managed by Christopher Pierce, MAI, SRA.

Realty Valuation Services was initially started by Chris Pierce and Mark Fernald in 2010.

Things in the real estate market had been challenging since the financial collapse in 2008 and the 2 decided to put together their resources and create a full service well diversified Real Estate appraisal company.

Chris, who is an MAI and SRA had his own practice for 18 years and brought practical experience from running his firm. His prior experience in development gives him almost 30 years of experience in Real Estate.

Mark, who is an SRA, brought the corporate experience to the table. His experience with GF Hanson and later Fidelity was a good balance for the firm. Mark has almost 30 years of experience in the appraisal business.

Together, the two created Realty Valuation Services, a full service real estate appraisal firm.
