Realty Valuation Services values all properties in the Los Angeles Region. RVS focuses on commercial valuations, however, we are able to work with many client needs in the Los Angeles area. RVS is able to appraise any type of property, including industrial, commercial, land, residential and more.

James Kim joins us as an additional appraiser in the Los Angeles area. James has been working as an independent contractor for RVS since 2010. His dad was in the appraisal industry and James followed suit. James attended UC Berkeley, however, found a love for the So Cal region and based his business out of Los Angeles. James is currently a candidate for his commercial license and will soon have this completed hopefully within the year.
